The Journey Begins

This is where our journey begins.

We put our house up for sale on Friday and our first showing was Sunday.  It’s nerve-wracking to be sure.  The last time we posted the house, it sat for 6 months without a sale.  In the meantime, we’ve made some improvements (added a garage) and stayed up on maintenance.

The prep this time included pressure washing the entire exterior, packing away all the nonessentials (which took up 1/3 of the shed!) and staging the house.  Along with dropping the price to a reasonable and saleable amount, we hope that makes all the difference!
